Vendor Rates – Includes event credentials (right of entry) for two (2) persons per vendor and does not include beer samplings. This event will be held rain or shine and all vendor fees are nonrefundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed. Vendors keep all sales proceeds and are responsible for the collection of sales tax.
Products and/or samples must be pre-approved by Tennessee Beer and Wine Festival. TBWF reserves the right to stop the display of products not approved. The use of trailers or wheeled vehicles is prohibited unless approved in advance. Vendors must be set up no later than 11:00 a.m. Running water will not be available.
Vendor Space – $150 – For individuals or businesses to promote or sample their pre-approved products or services or to sell pre-approved products or services. 10’ x 10’ area supplied. Vendors are fully responsible for set up and take down of their area except for supplied tent and table.
Food Truck/Trailer Space – $200 – For individuals or businesses to promote or sample their goods or services or to sell pre-approved products or services from their truck. Space to be determined by TBWF Vendor Chair.
Need an 8’ Table and two chairs? Additional $10
Need electricity? Additional $20.
All vendors must supply their own lighting and power cords.
Discount Beer Sampling Tickets for Vendors and their representatives are $20 each.

Let it be known upon express condition that the Tennessee Beer and Wine Festival and its agents shall be free of all liabilities and claims for damages and or suits for or by reason of any injury or death to any person or property of the vendor, its agents or third parties from any cause or causes whatsoever while in or upon said premises or any part thereof during the term of this event or occasion by any occupancy or use of said premises or any activity carried on by the vendor.
The vendor hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify, defend. Save. and hold harmless the Tennessee Beer and Wine Festival and its agents from all liabilities, charges, expenses, and cost on account of or by reason of any such injuries deaths, liabilities, claims, suits, or losses however occurring or damages growing out of the same.
